What “Verified” means

ویریفائیڈ کا مطلب: بیچنے والے نے اس چیز کی تازہ فوٹو ایک کوڈ کے ساتھ بھیجی اور ہماری ٹیم نے دیکھ کر منظور کی۔

How an item gets it

1. The seller asks for it. We give them a code word, for example YG1234.
2. They write the code on paper, put it next to the item, take a new photo and send it to us on WhatsApp.
3. Software screens the photo (is the code readable, is the item in it, does it look like a camera photo).
4. A person on our team looks at it and decides. Only then does the item get “✔ Verified”.

When the badge goes away

If the seller changes the main picture or the name of the item, the badge is removed until our team checks again.

What it does not mean

• It is not a guarantee of quality, size, colour or delivery time.
• It does not check who the seller is. Look at the seller’s ratings too.
• A photo cannot prove the item is still available. Confirm on WhatsApp and pay only when you get your item.
